Ellendale has single-family and attached homes (condos, townhouses, lofts, and more), costing between about $316,00 and $650,000. The properties use an architectural style seen across Maryland’s Eastern Shore, including with the signature large and screened front porches. For parking, most homes have a driveway and garage for one, two, or three cars.

The properties come in a number of different floor plans, ranging from about 1,560 square feet to 4,140 square feet. They have between three and six bedrooms and two to five bathrooms. The most luxurious have three levels.

About the Builders

Two builders constructed the properties at Ellendale: Baldwin Homes and Lacrosse Homes.

Baldwin Homes specializes in properties built with modern needs and conveniences in mind. For instance, they have extra-large family rooms and kitchens to make it easier to spend time together as a family. Since the company is passionate about green building, you can be sure that your home will be as energy efficient as possible.

Lacrosse Homes operates just in Maryland, meaning the builder knows how to incorporate the most popular styles and features of the area into its properties. Lacrosse Homes has built properties in several other communities on the Chesapeake Bay.
