Located on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, this gated community is gathered around the Chesapeake Harbour Marina and offers ideal water access. The community thrives on sporting activities and boasts a range of amenities for leisure including dining, boating and enjoying nature.

The community boasts a variety of amenities, the primary being the Chesapeake Harbour Marina. Located near the mouth of the Severn River, the Marina offers an amazing location for boaters in addition to well-maintained docks and full yacht service. Annual, monthly, weekly, & daily rates are available.

Schools 

Being a private gated community, there are no schools within the Chesapeake Harbour Community. However, the community is within the Anne Arundel County Public School district and several elementary and middle schools are nearby. Cost Of Living In Chesapeake Harbour, Annapolis

Comprised of four unique villages, each with its own neighborhood atmosphere, home styles include townhouses, duplexes, garden-style and loft condominiums with either Bay front living or marina access. 

The four villages of Chesapeake Harbour mostly feature midsize homes built primarily between 1985 and 1998. The community does provide an HOA with fees averaging $637 a year. Property taxes hover around $4,776 per year.  

Home prices vary from $450,000 to $1,300,000 but on average, homes here are $321 per square foot and typically list for around $495,000. Homes are typically purchased at 96% of asking price.
