The original homes in the Easton Club East community are open to all ages, although the majority of the properties are just for residents aged 55 plus. As all the properties were built between 2001 and 2007, they are for resale only. Prices range from about $300,000 to $480,000, with a median sale price of $360,000.

Most homes here are single-story but some have second level — with the master bedroom on the first floor and the other bedrooms upstairs. Onsite Amenities and Activities

You’ll receive much more than just a home when you live at Easton Club East. The community has a wide array of amenities you can access both independently and through organized activities with your neighbors.

At the center of the community is the 11,000-square-foot clubhouse, which residents can use for informal get-togethers and social club meetings alike. It is open from 5:30 AM to 11:00 PM every day. Inside, there are numerous fitness facilities, including an aerobics room and spaces with cardiovascular and strength-training equipment. There are lockers on site.

The clubhouse is for much more than just exercise, though. Its grand room, with its high-quality dance floor and audio–visual system, serves all sorts of functions, including large events and parties with up to 200 people. Dinners are served by the catering kitchen. There is also a card and games room, a billiards and dart room, and an arts and crafts studio where clubs meet. You can also read books in the library or even join the community book club.

Outdoors is a Junior Olympics-size pool with lap lanes, two tennis courts, a nine-hole putting green, and a horseshoe court. The grounds are extensive, featuring tree-lined walking and biking trails. You’ll come across pocket parks (most of which have gazebos) and several ponds — great places to spot wildlife.

Managing the clubs and activities at Easton Club East is a full-time activities director. Events are picked according to residents’ interests. Just some of the current clubs include Ask a Master Gardener, Lunch & Learn, WOW club, Singles Mixer, and Investment Group.
