I love eating at The Showroom because it has some of the best American dishes, like signature fried chicken, meatloaf, buttermilk biscuits, waffles, and good old duck-fat fried potatoes.
Chef Bryan Voltaggio’s other creation is Thacher & Rye. The restaurant is famous for its mid-Atlantic dishes prepared with locally grown ingredients. Chef Bryan is leaving a mark on Frederick’s dining scene. In fact, Thacher & Rye has been featured in many publications, including The Washington Post. Chef Bryan has many awards, including being a three-time finalist on Top Chef, named Chef of the Year by the Restaurant Association of Maryland, and a James Beard Award finalist.
